If you are not satisfied with the quality of your selected print or if the order arrived damaged, you may return it to us within 14 working days free of charge for a 100% refund. Please communicate and send us pics of the damaged goods so we can assist you timeously to info@ruthanne.com 

Please retain and package the order back in its original packaging to prevent any damage in transit back to us. Our courier will collect from you on notification from us.
