Delivery Policy

* Free  delivery in  South Africa

• Where the invoice value is greater than R500 (five hundred rand), the cost of delivery is free to addresses within South Africa.
• The free delivery is subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you.
• On submitting your order, Ruthanne Collection will deliver the Goods as soon as possible. Delivery will be made within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver within the Delivery Period. You may within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification, elect to cancel your order and we will reimburse you the Purchase Price.
• Ruthanne Collection’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Ruthanne Collection is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

* Delivery to Countries beyond South Africa

• Ruthanne Collection offers two methods of delivery to foreign countries:
  • Courier by Ruthanne Collection, or
  • Collection by your courier
• Should you wish Ruthanne Collection to courier the Goods to you, please email us on the contact form with your delivery address and the product. We will respond within 24 hours with a quotation for you. In quoting you the Price of Delivery, the cost of delivery within South Africa included in the Purchase Price will be deducted from your quote.
• Should you wish to arrange your own collection of the Goods, please email us on the contact form so we can send you the parcel dimensions, weight, and Collection Address.
